If you like to have a drink every so often, keep your money out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all cash, credit cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Take only the cash you expect to use on beverages, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to burn and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You may well have a win after a inebriated night out with your friends and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps game. Hang on to that adventure because it’s as brief as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and gamble. The two just do not mix.
