When arriving in one of the most amazing cities in the world, sin city, Nevada, I couldn’t help but think about how appealing my Employer’s assemblies would be. I knew it was a time for deep decisions and maintaining a clear mind, the meetings were an outstanding success and it was now time to relax and play in my surroundings of flashy lights and 24 hours vegas entertainment.
My initial encounter in my luxurious hotel’s casino floor was the sound of a lady behind the roulette wheels yelling with excitement after getting a grand prize of over twelve thousand dollars on a slot machine that took quarters and the crowd that had assembled around her seemed to be just as happy for her as she was for herself. That is fun!
Myself, well, I have always preferred blackjack wagering along with poker, european and american roulette and baccarat and hunted down a blackjack table where I could try my hand at it. The las vegas hotels are always packed full of gamers. Every player around me seemed anxious to throw away their betting cash and their wagering elation were high and I fell right in with them and laid my wager. Lost my first two hands but as I anticipated, after 30 minutes and two croupiers into my evening, I departed the twenty-one table $400 ahead. That is satisfaction!
An excellent accomplishment for a novice casino bettor such as my myself.
